okk so my boyfriend and i have been going out for a little over three months. and we've started saying "i love you" and all that. but all we've done really is make out. i want to do something to show him how much i really do love him. he's really shy and so am i so i dont really know what i could do. how do i take our relationship to the next level??

I wouldn't suggest going straight into blow jobs/hand jobs. When making out, tease him a bit more... like kiss his neck, or the neck just behind his lobe and so on.

Well, since you love each other, you should be able to be honest and talk about taking things to the next level.
He may be nervous, or think that you're not ready to go passed kissing, which is normal for a good, respectful guy.
If talking seems out of the querstion, try making out more passionately, or just differently then you usually do. He'll sense the change, and maybe that spark something. Other then that, put your hands where you want his hands to go.
He sounds to me like a boy who has a great deal of respect for you and your body.
