I really appreciated your advice...especially the dumpster thing. I am going to do that any time i have a flair up. What is it about computers that aggravates the hypochondria? I would really like to know, cause I work on websites for people and do my websites and stuff,
I know tv has a lot of bad ads so I don't watch too much and i mute commercials. Thank you for your time.
It's a disease, and I'm telling your right now, that nobody around is going to understand you the way you need them to. Just be rational with yourself. You're young, so if anything was wrong with you-- you'd be able to fight it. Also, many illnesses and disorders are genetic, and obtain symptoms that you'd find in advance.
My therapist says that even though being a hypochondriac is a pain in the ass, it's also beneficial. A lot of people are too stubborn to go and get pain checked out-- or even physicals. Because we're so focused on staying healthy, we'll probably fight off any illness on a pedestal. =)
What we have is VERY common.. I didn't know then until I ended up in the Emergency room after my accident and the doctor told me. You're definitely not alone.
