I'm female age 24 and with a height of 166cm and weigh 50.8kg. Am I underweight if I'm overweight how can I lose weight? Can coffee help lose weight? What is the amount of sugar I can consume for my height?

You are definitely not overweight. However, I would not suggest losing weight. You can tone up if you want by running or doing other exercises during your week. but in my opinion i don't think you should try and lose weight. I am unsure of how much sugar you should consume but i do know that more intake of sugar in your foods often causes people to gain weight. Unless you are talking about those weight loss coffee shakes then no coffee isn't a factor in losing weight. just have a healthy diet and exercise plan.
