donwloading movies on iPhone

ok well i got an iPhone and i know how to use the itunes and everything but i have no idea how to put videos and movies into it ... i have limewire and all my movies are downloaded on limewire but when i try to slide the file over into itunes it wont download into my iPhone !!! helpppp .. how do you do it !!

i don't have an iphone, but i will try and help. maybe find a website searching how to guides for the iphone. it should explain it, google or yahoo it.
