Well, sad sad thing for us girls.. or atleast the majority of girls who have normal abs with a little bump.. that is for child birth. ATLEAST, that what i've heard .. we need that for kids. Damn, right? Haha, but if theres a little flab, work it off with cardio. To shape your abs..

I really like doing planks, or just going into push up position and holding it because I feel the muscles being worked in not only my abs but my arms and shoulders. Remember, give your body a break. Don't do like 1000 abs every day, your muscles won't have time to rebuild (or whatever it is considered they do). Hope this helped!!!
