As long as you both of your feelings are mutual. You both need to be either wanting to get back together or there aren't any emotions attatched at all. If one of you want to be together (in a relationship) and the other just wants to have fun, then it wouldn't be a good idea. I personally would only want to do that stuff with someone I was in love with, but we all have our own opinions. Just make sure you both are doing what you both want.
