It may be uncomfortable to talk about such personal things but you have to figure out the cause of the problem. SO if you tell your mom, she will take you to the doctor to find out what's wrong. That way she can assess what is happening advise on any necessary treatment. It is not worth risking your health about something that is obviously bothering you. Good luck.
