Animals helping Mankind

Question Posted Sunday April 27 2008, 5:04 am

I was wondering if you all knew of any animals that have made a contribution to mankind. I know that chimpanzees made tools which were later modified by some of our ancestral primates and I did some research and discovered that pigs are used in genetic engineering. Well anyways I would really appreciate your help...thanks!
