On the outside surface of my scrotum (NOT ON A TESTICLE)
I have a small, hard yellow bump that is not going away. Its about the size of an average pimple, except yellow. What should I do? What is it? Will it go away?

It is very difficult on this site to give advise on something like that without actually seeing it. Please ask to see a male doctor and have him put your mind at rest. All the best.
