Well, if I understand you correctly you mean your biceps and triceps right?

There are dozens of exercises you can do for those bodyparts. I would really have liked to know what it is you already do, but I can make a few suggestions just off the top of my head.

Biceps: Dumbbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, chin ups or narrow grip cable pulldowns

Triceps: Tricep extensions (Dumbbell or barbell), skull crushers, narrow grip bench press

Here is a site where all of these (and a whole bunch of other) exercises are explained:

Just click on the muscle you are interested in.

Remember though, for best results stay away from machines, and stick to free weights as much as possible.

Good luck.

Oh one word of warning. If you do go to the gym and ask around, be careful who you ask. Asking the "big guy" is often how gym myths get started.

The best way to get the best exercise for your body is to go to the gym and ask someone there. If you go to the YMCA, the people that walk around the weights room will give you free advice. Also, when you belong to a gym, you will feel more obligated to go (since you or your parents are paying for it) so you'll definitely get the results you want. Good luck!
