If you don't have sex at all, can you tell if your "Cherry" popped? or is it like, you never really know when it did. Again, if you HAVE NOT had sex. or is it like, it seems like a period? I'm just a little confused is all.

Losing one's virginity is a subjective experience and while some find it extremely painful, others not so much. No matter what, use a condom with spermicide the first time and every time to help prevent pregnancy and stds. You will most likely bleed and feel pain during intercourse if you are a virgin, but it will be less if your partner is gentle and you are well lubricated. i wouldnt say its like a period, because it isnt as much blood as you would get while on your period, and it definiatly doesnt last long at all.
