I dated him for almost a year, he lived with me and i lost my virginity to him, I was in love with him. Part of me thinks i still am. The reason we broke up was I Found out he cheated on me with my cousin.I forgave her and him since its been about 6 months since thats happen.I want to forget about him. I want to stay with my current boyfriend but i cant help these feelings when i see him, when i don't see him its another story i feel like my current boyfriend is all i think about. How do i get over these feelings for my EX i feel so guilty. What should i do? I am lost.

It is very normal for you to miss him, considering the fact that he was your first love and basically your first in everything. You will probably always feel that connection with him, but that doesn't neccessarily mean that you are IN love with him anymore. You are always going to love your first love and the boy you lose your virginity to, you just have to realize that they are gone and now you have to look to the future. It sounds like you love your current boyfriend alot and you want to stay with him, just focus on him.

It is also normal for you to think about your ex when you see him, it brings all that stuff gushing back to you. Maybe you could try being friends with your ex and that could help you decipher whether those feelings are simple old love or if your flame is still burning. If it is then maybe you should give it another try, but if you realize that its not there then stay with your current. You will now when it comes down to it whether or not you love him or your ex.

Hope I Helped.

your first love, the man you lost your virginity too will always be in your heart. you said he lived with you, which means you guys were outrageously close. feelings don't go away for a very long time. all i can tell you is distance yourself from you'r ex. it's the easiest way to deal. but nothing will be easy i'm sorry, the situation is messy, and it must be hard on you. if you ever feel like you don't want to end what you and your ex had, (since you forgave him), then don't lead on your current boyfriend on. i hope i helped. :)
