and i know im skinny but i have the BIGGGESSTT pop belly/pouch wtvr u call it. i work out fro at least an hour each night but it wont work. and i watch wat i eat.
AskAmandaLyn answered Monday April 14 2008, 1:25 pm: Try swimming. It works out all of your stomache muscles. Sit ups will do the same thing. if youve ever had a baby or a miscarriage you will get those as well. Swimming insessively took mine away.
