i weigh 112 pounds 16 female 5 feet

and i know im skinny but i have the BIGGGESSTT pop belly/pouch wtvr u call it. i work out fro at least an hour each night but it wont work. and i watch wat i eat.

y wont it go away?

everyone carries their weight differently, but if you know you are skinny don't stress over it..

Try swimming. It works out all of your stomache muscles. Sit ups will do the same thing. if youve ever had a baby or a miscarriage you will get those as well. Swimming insessively took mine away.
