i weigh 112 pounds 16 female 5 feet and i know im skinny but i have the BIGGGESSTT pop belly/pouch wtvr u call it. i work out fro at least an hour each night but it wont work. and i watch wat i eat.
y wont it go away?

everyone carries their weight differently, but if you know you are skinny don't stress over it.. ]
Try swimming. It works out all of your stomache muscles. Sit ups will do the same thing. if youve ever had a baby or a miscarriage you will get those as well. Swimming insessively took mine away.
