i am 16 female 114 pounds i went on a calorie less diet. i only take in more or less 1200. soemtiems i take in 1400 but i do a lot of exercise if i do that.
on saturday i ate soooooooooo much and gained 2 pounds do i went form 112 to 114'!!! i want to weigh 100. i need my stomich to be flat.
any ideas.???? i do 30 min abb exercises an kcikboxin

I am 13/f and 117 and i'm 5'1 3/4" so i think your fine. but instead or watching your calories try making it so you get the right amout of each food group everyday. go to mypirimid.gov so you can find the information out. ANSWER HONESTLY or you won't get TRUE results. ]
well maybe doing the calorie count isn't goign to work...i lost 5 pounds just changing from regular pop to diet pop...so watch your sugar intake and stuff instead of you calorie intake that might help alot more.

one thing, is your weight is fine!!! I look relatively skinny, and i weigh 165-170 and im a 14 year old female!
You could get one of those exersice balls and use that to strech and do crunches. those make your abbs great! ]
