WorkingItOutAsBestICan answered Sunday April 13 2008, 6:42 pm: well maybe doing the calorie count isn't goign to work...i lost 5 pounds just changing from regular pop to diet pop...so watch your sugar intake and stuff instead of you calorie intake that might help alot more.
