Yep, those are the joey True Religion jeans. Like the first comment said, you can get them at their website, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, and probably at Macy's. There is a store locater on the website if you want to see where you can get them in person.
However, they are designer jeans and cost $150 to $250!! They are also in european size.

You can also find them on ebay, but the problem with that is there are some fake jeans out there. Plus you don't want to buy the wrong size if you've never tried them on and not be able to return them (some sellers don't accept returns).

They're actually True Religion--"Joey" jeans are a type of jean that they make that have flaps over the back pockets. You'll find that signature symbol on any of their jeans--not just the Joeys. You can get them at any high-end department store or a True Religion store.

I'm pretty sure you're referring to true religion brand jeans
they're sold at many high end department stores - think neiman marcus, nordstroms, etc. also online, and on their website you can probably search for a boutique near you :]
