I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday, and it was all good then. I was numb all day and was not tired. I took my medication last nigh; antibiotic, pain killer, and some other pill they give me to take. Now my mouth hurts SO bad, it hurts to swallow. What can I do to stop the hurting?

I had mine cut out about 10 years ago, and the only thing I could do was wait the pain out. It will take a few days, but it will get better.
Things to avoid: straws, smoking, anything that causes sucking action with your mouth. This causes dry-sockets and hurt as bad as getting your teeth removed. Plus, it takes longer to heal, making your recovery time that much longer. [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]
