Rosie2000 answered Friday April 11 2008, 3:08 pm: when you crack your joints you are letting nitrogen (which with other stuff iny our joints.. kinda.. lubes them). the reason people say its bad is after a long time even without cracking them they dry out.. and cracking them jsut.. kinda.. makes it wrose. thats why you see older peopel taking glucose pills it helps your body retain all of that for your joints.
