So for the most part, it will be almost impossible to get a job at your age.
In my opinion, you should enjoy not having to work. I thought I wanted a job too because, hey, we all want money. Now I have one, and it sucks. Take the time you have to have fun. [ kc's advice column | Ask kc A Question ]

The kids in my old neighborhood always did that and they always had a blast. But you can always volunteer at the liberary or a hospital.
If one of you has a pool, have a pool party. Water balloon fights are great on a really hot day. (I did 2 last summer with friends and neighbors and it was a blast!) Have a neighborhood party where like each person brings in food and you guys just hang out all day. Go to a resturant together or even a pizza place. On not so hot days you can all go bike riding or rollerblading on the beach or boardwalk.
