so ive only given a hj once and when i did it the guys skin like moved with my hand
is this supposed to happen?

Yes it is totally normal, especially if the guy is uncircumsized then he may have even more excess skin.

Yes. Thats only becsuse guys have extra skin on their Penis so theres basically room to grow. I asked the same thing the first time I did that. so yes it is normal!
