how to grow taller

Unfortunately, most of the factors determining how tall we are come from our genetics. There are a lot of websites out there with claims for miracle pills that will help you grow but they simply do not work. There are a few other things to consider though... Women usually reach their tallest height shortly after puberty but can grow until around 21. Men are the same except they may grow until 25. A healthy diet with a good amount of vitamins and minerals will help you reach your tallest height. Make sure you get plenty of calcium. Caffeine and smoking may stunt your growth but that hasn't been proven. There are exercises like yoga and pilates that may help to increase the spinal fluid and therefore lengthen your body also.
