I really need to get organized for school! i am a highschool freshmen and i am so messy. my papers are everywhere! i lose everything(homework assignments/pencils/what ever youcan think of) and i really need some advice to get things organized. I want to be able to do my homework and then the next day be able to find it. I have tryed those big zipup expandafile type things(i dont know waht they are called) but i adventualy got tired of carrying it around and stoped using it. i need a new system.

Okay same here...what i did was i got two-pocket folders for every class labled and decorated them...on the i left pocket i wrote homework/return and on the other side i wrote finished and save...Binders help alot too so good luck

I have the same problem. What I have to organize all of my things is the ring binder. And i also go the insertable folders that clip on the rings with the tabs on the side so you can write on them what subject all the papers in the folders are for. Also if you get a big enough binder you can clip some 1-subject notebooks or loose-leaf paper in there. Then everything you need for all of your classes is in one spot. And for your pens, pencils, erasers, calculators, and whatever other odds and ends you have try a pencil case to carry around too.
