Ok so my boyfriend and i are really ready to have sex, but don't want to do it unless we're protected or whatever. Is there and age limit on how young you can be to buy condoms?

Nope, there's no age limit to buying condoms.
If a cashier won't sell them to you, go to another one, and f you're bold enough, complain to the manager, but you don't have to go that far.
If someone was being particularly stubborn I'd just argue back "Well, at least we're being responsible and safe with our decisions"
