get pregnant. There is no 100% sure
thing as far a birth control goes,
unless you have your tubes tied or
a hysterectomy. However you are as
protected as you can be short of those
more drastic measures.

While birth control certainly lowers your chances of getting pregnant, there is still a possibility. Trust me. It's better safe than sorry. Use a condom too.
