Probably in the afternoon. So you can sleep in late. It'd also be good because if you dont feel like doing homework at night or dont have time to funish it,you can do it in the morning.

honestly idk when a "good time" would be... cuz schedule them early you go the afternoon for hw night for party but that also means getting up early in the morning in which case you may be hung over and want to skip... schedule them in the afternoon by the time youre done youll maybe have a little time for hw but party at night and night classes? well those are pretty self explanatory...basically schedule it for whenever you think you can handle them :)
