It is a disorder of the intestines. It causes belly pain, cramping or bloating, and diarrhea or constipation.
It is suggested to modify your diet and exercise in order to try and alleviate the problem. If these changes do not control it, medicines can be prescribed.
In all honesty, if you feel that you are really sick, go see a doctor. They are the only ones qualified to make decisions about your health, and properly advise you on how to control your situation. If you still have your problems in a week, I would suggest making an appointment. However, this is not a life-threatening issue, so you have no worries there. It doesn't seem to be a big problem, but you can ask a doctor about it if it worries you that much. It can be that your getting sick but chances are its just your body reacting to environmental changes. Usually if its cold out one day and really hot the next, I feel a lil sick or not normal. It could be the case for you. [ FlaWlessMonoLith's advice column | Ask FlaWlessMonoLith A Question ]
