i tried this brush by sally hansen
it was 7 dollars
it's called color quick and comes in alot of colors
it dries fast, and it's so simple to use
you can bring it anywhere and it dries in about three minutes

I have never work with a pen but the design stickers are awesome. I use them on me and my little sis, 4 years. Paint nail, put a clear coat, stick the design, put another clear coat and done.

and im not sure about the stickers, i havent tried them.

well i believe that they do work i don't own any but there was a demonstration at the mall once and it looked pretty awesome
