weight problem

im nineteen years old and i weigh around 120. i know thats the healthy weight for my age and height, but i am fat. like i have a big stomache, love handles, and big thighs. if i could get some wieght off then that would be great. are there certain foods i can eat a lot of that will speed up the process? thanks so much

ive seep people getting very good results going vegetarian or even vegan. i suggest getting your self a vegetarian cook book and preparing most of your meals from that (it doesn't mean you cant sneak something tasty every now and again tho.) and starting on a good aerobic exercise like jogging, something that gets the blood pumping will burn off fat well and help to tone you up. hope i helped a bit. ^_^
