Well Yes!!!!!! It is normal at one point in time in a woman's life as she develops and explores her body it will happen. (It is normal). But as far as boys doing it.......... well I don't suggest that just because fingers are rather dirty ( especially when their not yours) But if you do decide that you want to anyway, make sure it's a clean situation going down, and KNOW if you bleed from getting fingered something is not right!!!!!!! haha, yes it is normal. It is called masterbation. I don't perticularly do it, but some people do, It all depends if the person is into it or not,
