well i'm making a picture of my friend and i want to crop her into a picture but does anyone know how to do that? please helo i will rate : )

Use irfanview:

Hold down the mouse button to draw a square. Go to image -> crop to eliminate everything outside of the square.

Hmm, do you have any photo programs, paint won't do it, but if you have like adobe or arc soft photo impressions (I suggest the number 4 one, the 5 isn't great) but other then that not sure how to
