For the past few months I've eaten very poorly and drank one too many sodas. Does anyone know any fasts or bodily cleansing things I could eat for a few days to repair my body before getting right back on track?
teenage_drifter answered Sunday March 23 2008, 9:17 pm: You can try drinking lots of water 6 - 10 glasses a day, it's a good way to flush out the system and your kidneys will thank you for it.
You could also try eating lots of fruit, apples are very good because they fill you up.
You can also make a soup filled with celery, carrot, tomatoes and green peppers, I know it's a gross thought but it helps with the detoxing because they are all low calorie foods which will also help flush your system.
You can also try drinking a warm glass of water with lemon juice first thing in the morning, it helps speed up your metabolism.
