Need an A in Math!!

I REALLY need to get an A in Geometry because thats like the only class i struggle getting an A in and it has always been difficult for me even tho im in the advanced math (Geometry) regular math is Algebra and Honors is Algebra 2. Anyway if i get straight As i will get rewarded by my parents and i REALLY want to show them i can do it. and make them proud. btw im a freshman and i need to get the highest grades possible because now they count! what are some ways i can study and practice and do well? any tips would be appreciated! thanx :)

The problem with math is that it's like building a wall with bricks. If you miss one thing from level 4 and just ignore it and keep going to higher levels, eventually you'll be missing that brick to go higher without crashing.

I suggest that you go through your geometry textbook sometime soon. Identify which parts you understand and which parts you don't (even if it's tiny). Then go in for help in the mornings or after school to your teacher for help. As him/her to give you practice problems and sheets and homework kind of things so you can practice with problems you might be having. You could also ask him/her if he/she has any good geometry sites. And also ask the teacher or a counselor if your school has math tutors (students most likely) that will be willing to help you.
