separation
i have some questions on separations so if anyone can help me out that would be great
okay so my mom wants to divorce my dad but he is very religious and dosent believe in that so she is trying to geta legal separation so she can get him out of the house so here are my questions
what if after this whole thing he still dosent leave? jail? a fine?
he makes alot more money so would he get custody of me?
would he get the house?
how expensive will this all be for my mom?

I can't answer all your questions but I can answer a few. There is no way for me to tell whether your dad would get the house, and I'm not sure about the consequences if he doesn't leave. Most likely your mom would get custody, mothers usually do, however if you find this unsuitable you could always appeal in court and try to live with your dad. If your mom doesn't make enough money to support you, the court may also decide for you to live with your dad. A seperation basically entails everything a divorce has, but your parents are still officially married. (So neither of them could get married again) As for expenses, it varies from seperation to seperation, but it shouldn't be too expensive. I know this doesn't answer all your questions, but I hope i helped.
