shuffle
so on my ipod i always have the option "shuffle" on so that it just plays random songs. but ive noticed it always plays the same random songs and like months after i add a song i finally hear it and forget i ever had it on there because the "shuffle" just like ignored playing it.
does anyone know if there are any like secrets to getting the ipod to play ALL the songs not just shuffle the same frikin ones?
i have an ipod nano by the way.

I have a lot of tunes on my Ipod.I can listen for four days without hearing the same tune twice.I really don't know that much about it but for me I select the artist or songs and it works well for me.

I don't know if this will do anything, but when you open iTunes, click on 'Party Shuffle'.
Then, there's a box that says 'play higher rated songs more often'. Try unchecking it and see if that does anything.
I have that box unchecked, and when I 'shuffle' my songs, it never plays the same ones over and over.
*Also, make sure that in the box above where it says 'source', it says 'music' or whatever the title of your playlist with ALL of your songs in it is called.
