powerpoint

what's a program similar to powerpoint that i can download for free? all ones that i've tried to download are too much like movie maker.

Aside from Alin75's answer [I've tried OO, it works great], Google Docs lets you make a free Powerpoint online.

Sign up for an account if you don't already have one.

On the left side, click the arrow on the button 'New', and select 'Presentation'. It's basically an exact replica of Powerpoint.

Download the Openoffice suite. Openoffice Impress is pretty much the exact same thing as powerpoint.
