should i take it to the next level is my question.
so i have been talking with this guy online and on the phone.we recently just went rollerbladding in a group.i know he likes me and i know he knows that i like him.what do i do? does he ask me or do i ask him? he wants to hang out sometime this week and he is the one that asked .not me.do i say sure we can hang out or not?

If your both interested in each other theres nothing wrong in persuing a relationship. If you like hanging out with him and enjoy his company, then you should go out with him and see if the two of you have fun, or have chemistry. It doesn't mean you two are automatically boyfriend girlfriend, just that your seeing where things can go. Have fun!

If you want to hang out with him (build a relationship) then you definitely should. he put himself out there and asked you out, so if you think that you could see yourself hanging out with him, then you should definitely say yes.
I can't tell you whether or not to go out with this guy, because I don't know him, and I don't know you, but if there is something holding you beck presently, then you need to listen to your heart. Maybe, somewhere deep down inside, theres something telling you not to, and thats why you asked this question. if that sound sort of on the ball, then maybe you need to think about this for a bit.
