Something interesting... And a question at the end.
Question Posted Wednesday March 5 2008, 5:49 pm
Ok, this is really weird. The girl I like, well, helped out a boy get my attention I THINK because she likes me. Ok, here is what happened. These are fake names.
Bob (Boy who wanted something from me), wanted a sharpie marker to use from me. I couldn't hear him, as he is in the back of the class. Here is basically what happened in actions and speaking.
Girl I like (Let us call her Mary for now)
Ok, I was sitting down coloring in a project when across the room I hear Mary calling my name, kind of stretching out one of her arms and stumbling on my name as she repeats it. Now no one else did this. Then she smiles at me and points her thumb to her left, which where Bob was. He asked for the sharpie marker, I gave it to him.
The part I found interesting was the way she called my name. She sounded nervous calling my name as she smiled and stretched her arm. She didn't even look at Bob, the whole time she was calling my name it was at me. Even with pointing her thumb at Bob. She also stuck up for me in class this morning. You know how I said that one girl was really annoying to me right? Well she tried to pick a fight with me (Verbally) and she said "*Girl name here*, why are you always trying to pick fights?" and she stopped trying to pick a fight with me. Yay! Also, one day in language class, she started staring at me with a smile for 3 seconds, then looked to her right.
After she looked at me for the 3 seconds she continued smiling and looked to her right. Does that mean anything? I am sorry for this, I really want to make sure and not embarrass myself.
Thank you all for your help! If this goes successfully, I may come back and ask what I should get her for an easter present.
