Love or Lust?
There's this guy, he's been my bestfriend sense 6th grade, and he flirts with me alot. Everyone says we'd make a cute couple if we went out. He used to hug me everyday, also in between classes, and he used to put his hands on my waist, and put his hands on my stomach everytime i said my stomach hurt and stuff. Now he has a girlfriend, who he says he really likes and i think i like him..alot. and now he doesnt do any of the stuff he used to..and he said he'd go to this club[for 7th-11th graders. me and him are in 7th] with me but we had to make sure his girlfriend didnt know, and she has the 8th grade lunch instead of your lunch and he just doesnt to that to me anymore..idk why..help?

well according to your topic line...I think that one just knows when your in love, like you get this feeling. Lust is strictly wanting someone for their body, Like if you were to see a hot guy and say "id tap that!" that is lust.
And he probably isnt flirting with you because of the new girl. Like the person below said he probably cares about her a lot. But that dont mean he still dont care about you. Maybe he just dont want to give his girlfriend the wrong idea, or you the wrong idea either, but in his efforts to try and make one person happy he hurt the other one. Just talk to him, like a friend, and ask him whats wrong.

Well, if he has a girlfriend, of course he's not still flirting with you. He doesn't want to be known as a cheater, and he obviously cares about this other girl. His girlfriend might have suspcted him of cheating, and talked to him, so he doesn't do it anymore.
