I highly doubt it is still in there because after a few weeks at least you would have been having like fever and all sorts of crazy stuff going on. There's a certain amount of psychology to it, too- most likely, you've been feeling weird because you think you've left the tampon in (which would consequently give you diseases)... so you think that you should be sick.
