Text Messaging

Question Posted Monday March 3 2008, 4:05 am

I have a Motorola RAZR V3m. I go through Verizon Wireless. I can send text messages to pretty much anyone else, on any network.

The problem is, when I receive replies, they come in the form of a phone call, and the operator reads the text message to me.

Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Thats a glinch in the phone and chip itself so the only way to get it fixed is to go to the actual store. They will help you set it up so you don't ahve to go through that kind of hassle. My brother had the same problem and ended having to go the store where he pays his bill.
