ive been really good friends with this guy for a couple years. he's always liked me and i liked him a while ago. one night he completely flipped out and thought a lot of things happened which didnt. it was kinda hard for me cause i liked him and everything. well i guess he is a schizophrenic. its been almost a year since that happened and he's on medication and he seems better. im beginning to like him again, and that isnt really a problem, cause i know he likes me too. i just dont want him to flip out on me again, what should i do?
JaLye answered Thursday February 28 2008, 12:46 am: schizophrenic people are dellusional. they either see things that aern't there or hear things that normal people wouldn't hear. it actually is just something a person't born with and there's no known cure for it, only that you can take litheum to surpress it, or if the person's will power is strong enough, they can surpress it. there's actually nothing you can do to prevent this from happening, but it can lessen, maybe by changing the enviornment around him. maybe by making it seem more trusting [ JaLye's advice column | Ask JaLye A Question ]
