5'5 160lbs
I've been dancing for 14 years. I have really good kicks. But lately, I've been trying to lose weight. My thighs are HUGE because there is so much muscle in them. Is there any way I can get them smaller? I don't really know how to lose muscle.

Disconnected answered Thursday February 21 2008, 12:37 pm: To be honest, it's not easy to loose muscle. If you wanted to loose muscle in your thighs, you'd have to stop dancing for a very long time.
