Because of this, your iPod actually contains 8000MB, not 8192, which it should. 8000/1024=7.31, which will be rounded up to 7.4GB, the amount reported. All iPods have this problem, and it's caused by the greed of Apple, not a technical problem. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
