whats the difference between a thong and a g string?

Thong bands are thicker than g-strings.
G-strings are just that...strings. Thongs are usually like an inch wide or a little less.

a thong has a triangle part in the front and a g string is just strings with no triangle.

Looks like they are the same thing. :)

Thong...A garment for the lower body that exposes the buttocks, consisting of a narrow strip of fabric that passes between the thighs supported by a waistband.


G-string...is a type of thong, a narrow piece of cloth, leather, or plastic that covers or holds the genitals, passes between the buttocks, and is attached to a band around the hips, worn as swimwear or underwear by both men and women.
