Don't do situps or crunches every night. You wont see results as fast as you would doing them every other night. I know it sounds like it should be the other way around, but it's not. The reason for this is when you're doing situps/crunches you get tiny rips in your abs (hence the phrase "getting ripped") and they need time to repair. If you do them every night you'll just keep ripping the same spot and you wont get any results. Give your abs a day to repair and you'll see results a lot faster. You said you're in soccer and run a lot so telling you to do cardio every day would be pointless, haha. Also, healthy eating habits with help a lot with weight loss. Stay away from soda as much as you can. If you do drink a lot of soda STAY AWAY from DIET soda, it's been proven to actually make you GAIN weight. Also, stay away from artificial sweeteners, such as Equal or Splenda, they were also proven to make you gain weight- using regular sugar is the best thing to use. Make sure to eat 6 servings of fruits and veggies a day and drink 8 glasses of water. You wont see instant results, but in a month or so you should see improvment.

its not all just about working out
you have got to eat healthy even if you aren't fat
maybe you should do crunches
instead of situps
and increase the number to 100 a night instead
when you get used to the amount of crunches you do a night then increase the amount keep doing more.

if you eat healthy and do a lot of exercising and crunches you should feel the result in about a month or two
