I work out in the afternoon/evening.
Is it better to eat my big meal before or after working out?
Like or should I have a snack before or what?

you never want to eat big meals its much better for you and itll help you loose weight it you just eat smaller meals more often throughout the day
i would eat a little before and a little after especially if you work out
hard, since you are in need of energy

ok well i have dry feet and idk what to do to fix that i put lotion on and it doesnt seem to help so ive quit on that and i also have like gross thick toenails.
any ideas on what i can do??? (link)

Ok im 14/f 134 pounds and 5"3 . Not fat at all , but i would like to have my stomach a little flater . Just last night i started doing 50 situps & im going to do this everynight . About how long will it take to see results . Im very active , i play soccer & we run alot ?

its not all just about working out
you have got to eat healthy even if you aren't fat
maybe you should do crunches
instead of situps
and increase the number to 100 a night instead
when you get used to the amount of crunches you do a night then increase the amount keep doing more.
if you eat healthy and do a lot of exercising and crunches you should feel the result in about a month or two

i have medium lengthed hair, very layered and gets a lot thinner at the bottom. naturally wavy/curly

try herbal essence totally twisted hair mouse (its in a mostly purple with some green container) its an amazing product!
