surf/textured hair
i have medium lengthed hair, very layered and gets a lot thinner at the bottom. naturally wavy/curly
i just got garnier fructis surf hair paste
i really want to make my hair look like this:

Summer is coming to an end, but beach hair is still riding high on the wave of style! Hold on to this sexy style all year long, it's as easy as a day at the beach.
To transition this look from beach into fall fashion think "polished." This sexy look for the beach was tousled and wind blown. For fall, it gets all dressed up with ultra shine and a little refinement. This is how I styled both Jessica Simpson and Paulina Rubio for the Latin Grammy Awards.
Work With Your Hair:
Not against it! Depending on your hair type, you can easily achieve amazing beach hair all year long.
For fine to medium texture hair that is straight to loosely wavy:
Shampoo and condition your hair before bed and towel dry.

First I recommend buying Aussie Sprunch Hairspray. It is in a purple bottle and you can buy it just about in every drugstore. The website is; [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) To make my hair messy like the picture, I usually spray the Sprunch all over my hair and take my hands and claw them up against my hair. This sort of allows my hair to get sticky and messy.
Since your hair is wavy/curly. you'd want to put a good leave in conditioner in your hair and then add a good firm gel. Depending on your price range, you would have to check out the options at a local store.
Another way to make it wavy/messy is to french braid your hair and leave it in when you are showering. [Make sure you know how to clean your hair with braids though] After your shower, towel dry your braids but not too hard or your braids will fall off. Add mousse to your braids and hairspray. Then take off your braids. It is important not to run your fingers through your hair! Add hairspray and Ta-Da!
