what can cause flatulence and how do you treat it?

Flatulence is caused by the natural movement of the intestines. Foods high in fibre (such as beans and sweet potatoes) can increase the occurrence of flatulence, so temporarily avoid these foods and see if it's any better. Also, try not to eat too much at once, and eat at regular times. (That is, don't go hungry for too long if you can help it.)
If the situation does not improve, it can be a sign of more serious digestive system problems, and you would be better off getting medical help from a professional. ]
Usually gassy foods (beans, spicy foods, broccoli) or irregular/irritated stomachs/bowels (constipation, empty stomach sometimes). The hard way would be to watch what you eat, which would be hard, haha or you can take Beano which is an over the counter pill for gas. Hope I helped! ]
