raebabyyyy answered Sunday February 24 2008, 12:52 am: Usually gassy foods (beans, spicy foods, broccoli) or irregular/irritated stomachs/bowels (constipation, empty stomach sometimes). The hard way would be to watch what you eat, which would be hard, haha or you can take Beano which is an over the counter pill for gas. Hope I helped!
