hey. ok so my mom used to wear these winter boots but she's saying that they're too heavy (cause of the platform on the bottom that keeps the boots elevated so when she walks in the snow, they don't get ruined). so she was like, "maybe i should buy UGGs like you" and i was like, "uhhhh. no." and so i need to suggest to her some type of winter boots that are light. they don't even have to be boots.. even ankle boots are fine. they just have to be reasonably easy to walk in yet keep her feet warm. price range.. > $150. any suggestions?

Uggs are cute, and lots of people have a pair or two. Its really up to her. But their are shoes that comes up to the calf that she can get, and the price are reasonable.
Check the 5th (code name: YJ3161) shoes. Something like those she can purchase for a low price at a local store. They're cute, a good wear for females, modern style for today, and it would go great with all her winter garments.
