Ribs? Okay while wearing a tight shirt, my ribs poke outabout an inch more than my waist, length wise. Also, you can see the outline of everyone of them. In August I weight 101 and now I weight about 90. I'm about 5 feet and 2 inches. I am a 13 year old girl. I skip breakfast, and for lunch I eat a small bag of baked hot cheetos. Dinner, soemtimes I eat, and sometimes I don't If I like it, I will eat a lot. but sometimes I'm just too lazy to make me something. Am I healthy?

I am 13, and 5 feet 4 inches. For breakfast, im not really hungry yet, but i eat a small stake of pancakes. For lunch, i eat a salad or a bagel, which fills me up, and between classes sometimes i eat a little cerial. After school i eat a small snack, of like a thing of broccoli, and i dont like sandwiches but try it. And if you dont like dinner, made a small snack like an hour before you go to sleep. You are not healthy and you have to eat a little more. So i hope i helped! ]
not at all. You're under weight. You should always eat breakfast and eat more for lunch too. Instead of having just 3 big meals a day try having 5 smaller meals a day...and you might want to eat foods that are high in carbs and protein. That will help you gain some weight. You're at an unhealthy BMI and you should get it up some. you might want to try gaining 10 or 15 lbs to get up to a healthy BMI. ]
