is it normal to have like hair around your nipples..?

If you have slim to none hairs around there, it's perfectly normal. However, if you have extreme hair growth - I would go to the doctor, it isn't normal to have a large amount of hair there.

little, fine, small hairs? Yes.
I'm almost positive that hair-hair (like your eyebrows or the top of your head) is not supposed to be there.
you're most likely fine, but if you get worried, tell your parent or a doctor.
